Notes on survey

Know the audience None English speakers may not understand common language.

The question Sex male/female will be misunderstood especially if there are formatting errors and yes /no are underneath.

Test with the age group that the survey is intended for.

Older individuals like paper not on line as much.

Try to make your interviewees comfortable.

Ask the questions in several ways to be sure the questions are understood.

Some people will not answer no matter what you do.

Don’t make it to long (you will have to explain most of the questions during the course of the survey.

      Leave enough space for the answer you want if you leave one line that’s what you get.
